Just a few rules:
- It needs to be videotaped, just for future refference as to which army won each battle. NO EDITING OF THE VIDEOS TO FAVOR ANY CERTAIN ARMY!
- After the half-hour battle, the two army leaders (and a judge) will decide the winner. TomY, you can be the judge because you’re fair.
- Once you lose a battle, you are out of the tournament.
- If you are not in either of the dueling armies, don’t visit or participate in the battle. You can see it later on video.
- Have fun!

Im in nachos acp and ssacp and rpf just today. ive been in nachos for a while but im thinking about quiting nachos(aka’s fault most likely). 5. Like 20. And I’m still in a bunch, but I do like 90% ACP. I was/am in RPF, UMA, TWW, PRA, Romans, Vikings, IW, WW, UPA, Elites (for the short time they were allies) and like 10 more I don’t remember. I started my first army on April 14th, 2007(a few seconds after the big ACP UMA war)

8. I want to be a Head Governor because I want to make ACP better. I have a lot of really cool ideas that will help ACP and get more people to join. I also want to protect the citizens of Club Penguin. Plus, it has always been my dream to be part of the ACP government.
9. First, I would hold ‘recruitment parties’ to get a bunch of people to join. I would also do a bunch of fun stuff in the ACP to make it a fun army so people will join and stay active. I will make a recruit training academy. If Fort lets me, I will assign squads to protect different servers. I will get rid of all the evil gangs, rebellions, and ‘dark’ armies. One of the most important things I will do is clean up the chat. There are too many ‘unruly’ mods, with a lot of ban fests. I will stop this. The nation will be paid more attention to, and there will be a bunch of ANTA meetings to determine land. And, I will do much much more!

For too long has cp been held by the moderators “Safe” banning system. This isn’t that “safe” being as most stuff goes un detected. Like when penguins do the Heart randomly out of no were it is gross. Yet it is also not safe. Being as the person they are dating online may be a 35 year old. Such the case what happened in Nj.
Robberies.
This causes a major uproar in Cp. But most penguins think of it as “fun”. Now what if kids started stealing in real life because they did it on Cp? They thought it was “fun” being chased but never caught. In real life you can’t simply teleport away. Robberies WILL NOT be tolerated. I may even consider a police force to enforce this.
Saying You Are Famous
This is really REALLY annoying in Cp. Half the people who say this are not famous. They are merely trying to show off. If this happens, it will usually only happen once. When it does say “No you are not” a couple times. If that doesn’t work don’t waste your time on them, you are JUST as famous as them
Hacking
Cp usually bans these people, but not quick enough. Many people are like “How do you do that” not knowing he’s hacking. He then tells them google this to know how. We SHALL NOT TOLARATE THIS. If he does thus SAY RANDOM STUFF SO PEOPLE DON’T SEE WHAT HE IS SAYING TO GOOGLE. If I decide to make a police team they will know how to handle this.
If I am governor, I will handle this, and listen to the peoples thoughts and concerns and will put deep thought into their ideas.

Definitely let people know what you stand for and what you plan on doing. People need to know who they’re voting for. They don’t want to elect a complete stranger. They don’t want leaders to mess up like how Clinton did with Lewinsky or Bush did with Iraq.

Ppl plz listen i should be elected govoner i have a great system and i will help the ACP here is my system its called the three pionts system: point number one Bigger we need to get in new recruits. point number two Better we will need to train these new recruits and the older soilders. point three stronger we need more practice battles and more training i will help us become a real super power and thats why you guys should vote for me!
Alright. I think as a governor you should work to keep the server a good place to live for both ACP and non-ACP. Maybe you could hold server parties.

Also I think you should have a blog or YouTube account so you can let the citizens know what’s going on. So that a governor can be held accountable by the citizens.

I believe you. Not all Nachos are bad people, but Akabob seems like a bad choice for future Emperor. He did some very bad things. He thinks that it’s funny to put babies in microwaves and tie girls to trees and leave them there, and posted that on the Nacho site. He also doesn’t like white people. He also posted the whitesican song, where the guy says he wishes he weren’t white. He says “what did I do to deserve this white skin?” and even tackles his dad and tells him to “Be Mexican!” But I’m not in Nachos so it doesn’t matter who I think should lead them.
I also think it’s sad that one called you gay. Gay marriage is a sin.

I attend as many wars as possible.(Which has gotten me into trouble at home.)
Acp is my one and only army, so you know you can trust me. I have recruted all my family that are into club penguin.
I spend most of my free time on chat, but I pefer to defend mamoth instead.
I want to be govener so I can be better known in the ACP for helping them out.
As govener I will protect my given territory, rule fairly, enforce acp laws/rules, and train new recruits so that we can be a better, stronger nation. I will tell Fort what the people (you) want. I will also share my good ideas. One of these ideas is to have a battle plan page that is password protected. Fort could email the password to every trusted solider and then they could view the plans. Another idea I have is establishing a girl uniform.
My chosen server would be Powder ball or Snow globe.
